Among the most important presentations was the one made at the Congress of the Union in Mexico, through the Bicameral Commission of Concordance and Pacification. Congressman Alfredo Vázquez Vázquez's advisor, Reynaldo Vázquez, was in charge of organizing the event. Present at the presentation were Don Pedro Rodríguez Chandoquí (advisor to the president of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice), Doña Ángela Frías (UNAM professor) and Doña Juana Patricia Nova (UNAM professor). The Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) was also the venue for the presentation of the book, together with renowned Mexican jurists such as Professor Doctor Arturo Cossío (Director of the Criminal Law Seminar at UNAM), Professor Doctor Gilberto Santa Rita Tamés (Professor of Criminal Law at the Universidad Iberoamericana and former coordinator of the Law School), Professor Doctor Roberto Fonseca (Professor at UNAM) and Professor Doctor Marco Antonio Chávez Vaca (Former Director General of Special Operations of the Federal Ministerial Police in the Attorney General's Office). On the other hand, the Law Department of the Universidad Iberoamericana of Mexico City opened its doors for the presentation. In addition to the author of the book, the presentation was attended by Professor Dr. Marco Antonio Chávez Vaca (former Director General of Special Operations of the Federal Ministerial Police in the Attorney General's Office), Professor Dr. Gilberto Santa Rita Tamés (Professor of Criminal Law at the Universidad Iberoamericana and former coordinator of the Faculty of Law), Mrs. Areli Rojas Rivera II (Secretary of Security of the Federation) and Mrs. Ximena Jiménez (Ibero Law Degree, Researcher in England).
